I live in South Texas, so typically when we buy something not produced locally that says 'jalapeno' on it, we're disappointed. This actually tastes like jalapeno, not chemical, and has a bit of spice to it. We were thoroughly impressed. Bought extra as gifts, which also received rave reviews. (Posted on 11/7/11)
