We offer a 50% profit margin! For each cone you sell, you earn half the profit minus any applicable shipping costs.

  • Please consult with the treasurer and/or bookkeeper of your organization to determine status. Organizations that are exempt from federal taxes are described sections in the United States Tax Code. The best-known type of tax-exemption is 501(c)(3), also known as the "charitable tax exemption." This designation allows exemption from federal corporate and income taxes for most types of revenue.
  • The Popcornopolis fundraising program is reserved for tax exempt non-profit organizations. We are required to confirm your tax-exempt status, and can extend these program advantages only to organizations that meet the educational, medical, cultural, and humanitarian goals of a non-profit agency.
  • If you are purchasing from a fundraiser, you would make your check out to the organization you are fundraising with (ex. School, Church, Sports Team). The organization would then make one final payment to us at the completion of the fundraiser.
  • Our fundraising program does not fulfill individual cone orders. At the completion of your fundraiser, you would collect all order forms, tally up each flavor, then place each flavor in half or full quantities of 12 and 24 cones (Zebra Jumbo = half case of 6 and full case of 12). Gift baskets can be ordered individually.
    • As you must order in Half or full cases for the individual cones you may have to order additional cones to fulfill the cases. For regular size cones $7-10 you can order in half (12 count) or full (24 count) cases. For Jumbo Zebra the half ( 6 count) or full (12 count) cases. And for 5 cone gift baskets, they can be ordered as individuals.

      For example:

    • You have 32 orders for Caramel = you would order 1 Full Case 1 Half Case= Totaling 36 (4 remaining to sell once received)
    • You have 17 orders for Jumbo Zebra = you would order 1 Full Case 1 Half= Totaling 18 (1 remaining to sell once received)

  • Popcornopolis accepts credit cards, checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. If you’re paying by a card, you can fax over the credit card authorization form or give us a call and we can take it over the phone. If you’re paying by check, money order, or cashier’s checks, please make payable to POPCORNOPOLIS and mail to our address at 3200 E Slauson Ave. Vernon, CA 90058.
  • Your popcorn should arrive within two weeks from the day your payment is processed for your order. Give us a call to verify any deadlines to submit your orders to receive during peak seasons / holidays.
  • *Order deadline for Christmas Delivery: November 16th, 2018
  • We currently do not have an online ordering or payment option for individual sellers as we only receive one bulk order and one payment from the organization. Sorting and distribution is currently the responsibility of the organization.
  • None of the fundraising flavors contain nuts, however the popcorn is produced in a facility that does contain nut products.
  • Kettle corn is the only flavor in the fundraising program that is certified kosher and 100% vegan.

  • While we’re sure your cause is a very worthwhile one, we receive requests from so many organizations that we must regretfully decline them all. We hope that our growth will continue and that we will be in a better position to support your organization in the future.

  • Your group receives a 40% profit on each item sold through your online fundraising site.
  • Checks are received in approximately 3 weeks from the end of your fundraiser. This allows 1-2 weeks for reconciliation (tally up final sales, returns, refunds), and one week to cut and mail your check.
Yes! When applying, you can select both programs. Please note however, that programs cannot be combined and run as two entirely separate programs.

For example:

  • Profit from your online fundraiser cannot be applied to your final brochure fundraising order.
  • Items for sale are limited to their specific program (online items cannot be purchased on the brochure, and vice versa).
  • Brochure items cannot be shipped directly to customers. Only one bulk order is sent to the organization.
  • Online items cannot be shipped with the organization’s bulk brochure fundraising order.
